Abstract

The main aim of this study is the level of commitment of journalist specialists in(correspondent and photographers) with occupation safeties standards in the Kurdistan region, the research community are consists of all corresponds and journalist photographers in media organizations in Kurdistan region that Covering events and developments in war and conflict areas.

The study sample contain of (54) correspondent and journalist photographers in media organizations with both sex in the border of Sulaymaniyah government and Garmian administration by use random sample. This research is a descriptive study.

This study depends on survey method by survey form for receiving true data about the main aim of the study. There are many scientific results such as: the majority of the studies sample sharing the first aid training and having an experience about it.

About the safety on war and conflict areas, by first degree of journalists totally agree with, using protection rash, Compressed T-shirt, necessary equipment and seeing it to recognize them. They totally agree with get away from the cars at the war and conflict areas time and hiding behind sand beams. In same time the majority of them agree with a standing up between protesters and police. They must anticipation of changing the events direction and are preparing for it.
