Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of human resource agility in the relationship between creative leadership and entrepreneurial performance at Duhok Technical University, through the main question, which is - Is there a role for human resource agility in the relationship between creative leadership and entrepreneurial performance at Duhok Technical University? The study relied on developing a questionnaire consisting of (72) items. for the purpose of measuring its dimensions and variables. On a five-weight Likert scale. As a mechanism for this study to achieve its objectives, a set of hypotheses was developed, the most important of which is the lack of a role for the agility of human resources in the relationship between creative leadership and entrepreneurial performance at Duhok Technical University, according to the opinions of functional cadres in a sample of colleges / institutes of Duhok Technical University. The questionnaire was distributed to the respondents, who are the functional cadres, and the study chose a simple random sample of (73) valid form for analysis, meaning that the response rate was (94%). SPSS), the study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: the existence of a significant correlation and impact of the dimensions of creative leadership and entrepreneurial performance. However, there is no role for the agility of human resources as a modifier in the relationship between creative leadership and entrepreneurial performance.
