Abstract

This research focuses on the role of television reporters in enriching television news bulletins. it is descriptive research, which is compatible with the methodology of the research, the researcher used the survey method to obtain the answers to research questions. Thirty-five reporters from the   Rudaw news channel were randomly selected as a sample of this study. The importance of this research is to identify the strong and weak points of reporters of the channel, thus taking the necessary tools and methods to develop and make their role more Effy. This is to show the role of reporters in enriching news bulletins and the Idy factors that affect the role of reporters in enriching news bulletins on television. The researcher concluded that reporters have a great role in enriching news bulletins by choosing essential news, highlighting topics in detail and accurately and promptly broadcast news, and the presence of reporters at the closest location of the incidents and searching for new unpublished information about the happenings.
