The research includes the State of Kuwait, Iraq, and the United Arab Emirates. The researcher concluded that the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet emphasized the moral care of parents, and the researcher also concluded that the articles of the Iraqi law did not do justice to the rights of parents in the fullest way, while the articles of law for both Kuwait and the UAE specified the rights accurately and without ambiguity.
