This research titled (The Role of Public Relations Institutions in Resolving Political Conflicts) is an attempt to understand the role, influence and importance of the Public Relations Department in resolving political problems and conflicts. This article focuses on emphasizing the value of public relations within institutions. It is also important for the public relations department in the public administration system of the ministries. Having a public relations department at the top of the administrative structure of any institution is an important need, especially today, due to the existence of major conflicts at different levels. In this research, a theoretical gateway is presented through a review of the public relations literature. One of the most important findings of this research is that public relations is a new and contemporary science that is developing rapidly despite its short history and has an important role and influence in and outside of public and private institutions. Public relations can serve organizations in many ways, especially in times of conflict and crisis by conducting research and making recommendations based on research findings.
