Abstract
The use of coastal waters has become the most important asset for countries in both developed and developing countries. It is entrusted with the processing of tourist attractions and sources of income. In the Kurdistan Region, the use of beaches has been used for 20 years. However, it has never been without problems and it is very difficult to say that it has met the expectations. To identify these obstacles and find solutions, the lack of complete information was not available to citizens.
