The SPSS 24 statistical program was relied on to perform the required statistical analyzes such as finding frequencies, mean values, and standard deviations for the dimensions of the study variables, and testing the research hypotheses represented by correlation and influence using the AMOS 24 program. The study reached a set of conclusions, including the existence of a direct correlation with statistical significance and a positive effect between the study variables in the surveyed hospitals from the perspective of their staff.
