Facebook as an Online Tool for Learning English among Private Institutes’ Students in Kurdistan

الملخص

يعد Facebook ، أحد تطبيقات الإنترنت والشبكات الاجتماعية ، جزءًا من الحياة اليومية لملايين الطلاب في جميع أنحاء العالم. يستخدم الطلاب Facebook للتواصل مع بعضهم البعض والمشاركة في الألعاب ، لأنهم يستخدمون Facebook بشكل منتظم ومريح. تم اختيار المشاركين في هذه الدراسة البحثية من المعاهد الخاصة في أربيل ، كردستان ، من قبل الباحثين. استخدم الباحثون نهجًا كميًا لتحليل الدراسة الحالية ، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على الإحصاء الوصفي. تم إنشاء الأسئلة في الاستطلاع من قبل الباحثين لتشجيع الطلاب على اختيار الإجابة التي تعكس استخدامهم المعتاد للفيسبوك بشكل أفضل دون التعدي على معلوماتهم الشخصية. وكشفت النتائج أن الطلاب الذين شاركوا في الدراسة اتخذوا بعض القرارات الشخصية التي تتعارض مع تلك التي اتخذها أقرانهم والتي كانت بسبب طبيعة الإنسان. ومع ذلك ، عندما يتعلق الأمر باستخدام Facebook كأداة عبر الإنترنت لاكتساب اللغة ، فاق الانطباعات الجيدة الانطباعات السلبية بهامش كبير. اعتبر الطلاب فيسبوك أداة إيجابية يمكن تطبيقها في الأنظمة التعليمية بحيث يمكن استخدامها جنبًا إلى جنب مع الأساليب الأخرى. منذ أن أصبح استخدام Facebook في الحياة اليومية أمرًا لا مفر منه ، فلماذا لا تستخدمه لسبب وجيه؟ من الضروري إجراء المزيد من البحث المتعمق من أجل جمع المزيد من البيانات وكذلك تكوين نوع من الرأي العام من أجل جعل هذا البحث أكثر موثوقية وصلاحية. سيسمح لنا هذا بجعل البحث أكثر رسمية وفعالية من خلال جمع المزيد من البيانات وتشكيل نوع من الرأي العام.
