Résumé

One of the most important functions of the law is to maintain security and punish criminals according to specific rules, and that many countries have begun to fight against terrorism by using their rights to self-defense guaranteed by Article 51 of the Charter of the United Nations, and the matter has come to the point of some countries’ irresponsibility in the use of drones Targeting innocent civilians, committing one of the crimes stipulated in the national criminal laws, including the amended Iraqi Penal Code No. 111 of 1969. States must be urged to cooperate with each other according to criminal law in the pursuit of those accused of committing crimes against civilians by drones. Keeping up-to-date of the modern legislation of developed countries, whether Arab or foreign, to defeat terrorism and crime of all kinds.
