This research deals with the topic (committees and their impact on the right to litigation) with a comparative analysis study between the committees in Egypt, Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, where in Egypt there are conciliation committees, which are administrative committees with judicial jurisdiction and there are administrative bodies with judicial jurisdiction as well As will as case committees . In Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, there are administrative committees and committees Administrative jurisdiction with judicial jurisdiction, and the importance of these committees comes in that they play an effective and effective role, considering resorting to them among the formal procedures to be followed before resorting to the courts. Beyond justice, although the decisions of the committees were previously final and not subject to appeal, but now, according to the constitutional provisions that prevent the immunization of any work or administrative decision from appeal, it has become subject to appeal before the judiciary
