This study, entitled Extradition of International Criminals as a Tool to Eliminate Drug Trafficking, is a descriptive research method, which is appropriate to the research methodology, in order to provide an accurate explanation of the causes and methods The differences between the extradition of criminals and the restrictions on the principle of extradition of international criminals and the position of the Iraqi legislature towards the principle of extradition of international criminals.
The purpose of this study is to try to understand the meaning and concept of the principle of extradition of international criminals and also to explain the conditions necessary for the implementation of this principle by countries around the world. It is an academic attempt to understand how the Iraqi government deals with the principle of extradition of international criminals.
The principle of extradition is considered one of the most important principles in combating drug-related crimes and arresting fugitives at the domestic and international levels in order to arrest them and bring them to justice . . . .
