Discourse Consequences in Kurdish Political Discourse (Election Campaign for Example)

Abstract

This research is entitled (Conversational Implicature in Kurdish Political Discourse- Political Discourse of Election Campaign), It is extracted from the part of doctoral thesis, in the light of cooperative principles of Grice that highlights the conversational implicature taking some random examples of the discourse which are specific for election, the (Fifth Round) of Kuridstan Parliament in the perspective of Prgmatic Dimension of Argument. Showing the argumentative side of the political Discourse to achieve the trust of public by the political parties is the target of this research. It is attempted to improve that political parties of Kurdistan in the election competition made the political discourse as an important source to persuade the voters and achieving their voices. For this purpose, they tried to make influence on the emotion and feelings of public in their political discourse. Meanwhile, they depend on diffenet Inference and justifications. Therefore, some of the politiocions violate the cooperative principles so that they make an argumentative condition of discourse to persuade the public and have their trust in their political vision and program.
