Abstract:


The goal of this research paper is to define the science and management performance of the lecturers and its impact on the development of national belonging among the university student in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, despite testifying developments in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. After 1991, however, the concept of tribalism, partisanship, and regionalism is still ahead of the concept of citizenship. it takes precedence over all other affiliations, including the concept of the homeland, which is still validating.


The importance of this research paper is evident as a preliminary attempt according to the knowledge of the researchers, on the subject of the teacher, as an important element of the educational process. This research is a descriptive research which was based on the inventory method comprehensive through the intentional intention to analyse the research spins. However, the research indicates several results:



  • There is no effect of scientific performance on any of the dimensions of national affiliation for both sexes.

  • There is an impact of administrative performance on both sexes at the same level and form.

  • The higher the administrative performance of the teachers gets, the higher their national and cultural affiliation will be, though lower their desire to emigrate.
