The Role of Job Rotation in Reducing the Manifestations of Administrative Corruption An Exploratory Study of the Opinions of Employees in Koya Bank - Koya District - Erbil Governorate - Kurdistan Region – Iraq

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the role of job rotation with its dimensions (work benefit, personality development, administrative knowledge, organization knowledge, technical knowledge) in reducing the manifestations of administrative corruption in Koya Bank in Koya District / Erbil Governorate / Kurdistan Region - Iraq. To achieve the goal, a questionnaire was designed, consisting of (29) questions, distributed to a sample of (36) individuals, all of which were returned (36) valid questionnaires for statistical analysis. The research found that there is a correlation between job rotation and reducing the manifestations of administrative corruption, and the presence of an effect of job rotation in reducing the manifestations of administrative corruption. Based on the conclusions, the study reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to adopt and build transparent relationships based on cooperation, love, empowerment and self-control between the management of the questioned bank and its employees, which if characterized by the management of the bank will help and facilitate the implementation of activities related to limiting manifestations of administrative corruption.
