Abstract
The current research aims to find the relationship and impact of organizational justice on the level of job satisfaction among faculty members at Erbil Technical University, and this is of great importance as developmental justice and job satisfaction are vital contemporary concepts in management literature, especially organizational behavior.
In order to achieve this goal, the research used the analytical, descriptive, and relational approach that fits with the nature of the research, its questions, and its objectives. The researchers sought to address these variables in this research in order to reach the relationship and the effect between them.
The research provided a theoretical briefing on organizational justice and its dimensions, as well as on job satisfaction. As for the practical framework of the research, Erbil Technical University was chosen as a field for conducting the field side of the research, as a sample of (114) was selected. The questionnaire form was used as a main tool for collecting data from faculty members at this university. The problem of the study focused on the extent of the relationship and impact of organizational justice on the level of job satisfaction among faculty members at the researched university.
