Kurdistan Region's Diplomacy in Solving Water Problems With Neighboring Countries (2014-2020)

Abstract
Water problems are one of the main problems that the countries of the world suffer from at the present time due to climatic changes and low rates of rain worldwide, which prompted all countries to rationalize water consumption and establish water projects. And that Iraq and the Kurdistan Region suffer from the problem of both Iran and Turkey establishing water projects on the water resources that enter Iraq, which requires great diplomatic efforts to solve this problem, and that the Kurdistan Region, as a legal and constitutional entity, has to play a role in solving problems with neighboring countries in all fields. Because it possesses tools of pressure on countries and the existence of distinguished relations between the region and these countries.
